About the play:

Afraid of the Dark is a play featuring an outrageously funny basic situation, terrific pace and suspense and laughs galore. Chauncey and Lillums arrive at an isolated,  supposedly unoccupied country estate belonging to Chauncey's aunt to spend their honeymoon. Chauncey confesses he's been "afraid of the dark" ever since childhood. Having unburdened himself, the lights suddenly go out! Eventually, the newlyweds discover that they're surrounded by fantastic characters in this supposedly deserted house. Then, the characters find themselves in the midst of a spy plot---with a twist!
